ISO Certification

Certification can be a useful tool to add credibility, by demonstrating that your product or service meets the expectations of your customers. For some industries, certification is a legal or contractual requirement.
ISO does not perform certification.
At ISO, we develop International Standards, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, but we are not involved in their certification, and do not issue certificates. This is performed by external certification bodies, thus a company or organization cannot be certified by ISO.

How to gain registration?
The process of registration follows three simple steps: Application for registration is made by completing the QMS questionnaire Assessment to ISO 9001:2008 is undertaken by CEMCO – the organization must be able to demonstrate that its quality management system has been fully operative for a minimum of three months and has been subject of a full cycle of internal audits Registration is granted by CEMCO and maintained by the organization.
Maintenance is confirmed through a programme of annual surveillance visits and a three yearly re-certification audit.

Certification(ISO 14001:2004)

ISO 14001 is the principal management system standard which specifies the requirements for the formulation and maintenance of an EMS. There are three fundamental commitments required in an environmental policy that meets the requirements of ISO 14001. These include:

compliance with legislation
continual improvement of the EMS
